• What kind of monument is allowed on my plot?

  • The type of monument allowed will depend on the cemetery and the section within the cemetery which your plot is located in. You are welcome to contact the cemetery with specific questions; or, we would be happy to help you find out what your options are. Please contact us if you would like help with this.​​

• How much is a headstone?

  • This depends on (3) main factors. You can read more about the different options on our Monument Buyer's Guide.

• How long does this process take?

  • Generally speaking the timeline is about 2-4 months from the time the order is placed. There are factors that will also affect the timeline, such as cemetery approvals and cemetery foundation pouring.​

• What is a cemetery approval?

  • Every monument and inscription order must be reviewed by cemetery staff and approved before we can begin any work.

• What is a foundation?

  • A foundation is a concrete slab which the cemetery is responsible for pouring. Our delivery team installs monuments on top of the foundations. Most cemeteries also have a cost for this which we will research. on your behalf.

• What is an epitaph?

  • An epitaph is an endearing and personal statement which usually applies to everyone on the monument.​

• Who delivers and installs the monument?

  • We handle every step of this process from start to finish, including delivery and installation. Our work is completed once the monument is installed or delivered at the cemetery (some cemeteries perform their own installations).​
